Optimism .....Optimsm needs to be based on some solid foundation or is is merely hoping. Unfortunately, in my opinion, this may be a solid business some day but looming debt and diluted stock have tarnished the shiny new penny. The new guy in town that buys all the biggest and best equipment goes broke while old Steve with a greasy Bobcat down the road ekes out a nice living digging ditches and grading yards.
