Nothing Aurora management....does, helps the company. They're main focus, I'd say 10 months ago, was to slowly drag the share value down to where it is today. With the help of The Aurora shorting group. Which has done a fantastic job for insiders. And nothing for common shareholders. The company's sales have been way up the last 3 or 4 months. If Aurora made an announcement, share value would go up considerably. Which never happened. How long does it take to find a CEO? Obviously, it'll happen after the reverse split. An announcement, acquiring a CEO (or Nelson leaving) would give the shares a big spike. Didn't happen. The reverse split will only help Management, and the Aurora shorting group. They could easily boost the share value, to stay on the NYSE, without a RS. They choose the latter. I'm betting when financials come out, regardless of how they actually did, will be short of expectations. On they're book. This is the most heavily manipulated, deceiving company I have ever seen. Some analysts have this stock pegged between 2.50 and 3.60 a share. Yet the share price keeps dropping mysteriously. Why announce a split before earnings? Why go 12-1, why not 5-1? My guess, a 12-1 split will give Shorts and Aurora more room. These are just my observations. And guesses. Since Aurora hasn't offered news in months. I might be wrong, but..... I am one pis**d or investor. A 10 month decline, straight down. Unbelievable. The Perfect Plan.
