Remember
Auroras purchases were made with shares..not cash. Why did they evey owe 3 billion.

They didn't owe the money. They paid too much for the businesses they purchased, that excess termed impairment which once accumulated on their balance sheet exceeded some $3.3 billion dollars which had to be written off.
