How do you know that dividend funds have not ALREADY sold ACQ in anticipation of such an event? Maybe these fund managers removed their "rose-colored glasses" some time ago, and put on their black-colored glasses when they saw the black swan circling the feeding pond?
Or maybe you figure you're the only investor in the Western world with FORESIGHT?
