RE:Remember dividends?I suspect they are aware of the dividend issue so it begs the question, why don't they just reinstate one. They are certainly earning the money to pay one and have already stated confidence in the durability of those earnings. I have to assume the answer is that they see so much opportunity to deploy money in acretive acquisitions that they want to delay that dividend announcement to a time their need for capital is less or their earnings are a lot higher then then are today, in order to pay it.
The way the auto market is today, this company could expand and grow for years and years, as long as a US Auto consolidator does not come in and acquire them before that.
