NCIBIt's kind of nice to have the ability to buy back stock in ACQs case. They get the benefit, when negotiating new dealer acquisitions, of either getting the accretive price they would like on the dealer purchase from that seller, or simply buying back their own stock at these very low and therefore, highly accretive prices.
Not sure how long it will last but until this economic situation gets a little more clearer is should give them the ability to set themselves up even better for the future. All we have to do is wait and watch. Luckily I wasn't planning on spending this investment money anytime soon anyway.
