RE:RE:RE:RE:ADCORE Rings the Opening Bell Interesting Torontojay.
I backed out some numbers from their corporate update.
They said that they were expecting at least 15% growth for the Full Year 2020.
So what does that look like on the growth rate for Q4 YoY?
| 2019 | 2020 | Growth |
Q1 | 3.2 | 3.30 | 3.13% |
Q2 | 3.6 | 2.00 | -44.44% |
Q3 | 4 | 4.10 | 2.50% |
Q4 | 4.2 | 7.85 | 86.90% |
Full Year | 15 | 17.25 | 15.00% |
87% growth.
Note: I did not take into account the client loss of 1.5M of sales in Q4. If I did take that into account, it's something like 115% growth. I feel like a loss is a loss for whatever reason though.
As you can see, growth is accelerating. That presser they just hosted talked about doubling or tripling sales in certain areas. Also, they spoke about the rebounding of sales they're getting back from the tourist industry, coupled with their win as APAC's best PPC Agency - it makes me think that things are rebounding in Australia - not just from Asia.
If you take the conservative growth metric of 87%.
FY2021 looks like:
2021 |
6.17 |
3.74 |
7.67 |
16.83 |
34.41 |
34.4M. With a 65% gross margin, it gives a gross profit of ~$22M.
I agree with TorontoJay.
I see $6-10 PT - $6 if it doesn't make to the Nasdaq and $10 if it does.
If you see something wrong, don't be afraid to tell me. Thanks!
