RE:Endless supply

RE:Endless supply

I have other stocks in Canada that are doing fine. This company has a very small float, seems to be doing pretty well and yet it keeps getting pummeled with selling. Who is selling and why? Serious question.

My only issue with the company is why they decided to issue shares when they could have chosen debt rather than equity. I'm not sure if the money is for future acquisitions although they did not mention this in the news report. If it is to support Amphy then why issue equity if the company is currently cash flow positive? As a rational investor, this part does not make sense to me. Do they foresee cash flow issues regarding Amphy? I would like more clarity on this issue.

This is a quote from their public marketed offering of 3.1 million shares.

"The net proceeds from the Offering will be used for sales and marketing, research and development and general corporate purposes."
