RE:RE:RE:RE:Omri is a crookThats a good one...Securities commission? You are delusional to think there is any oversight in any markets. The rich run the system and game the system. The rest of us are just looking for scraps.

Omri clearly has no concern for his shareholders. He should just take the company private and get it over with and put us all out of our misery. But instead, he will continue to blame the market for his company stock price and enrich himself whenever he wants.

This really is not that hard to understand. Why do you protect this guy when it could not be more obvious? You on the payroll?  No rational person thinks Omri cares about his shareholders. Every quarter he pats himself on the back...It's truly laughable!
