What % of the company does he own? I believe he owns the vast majority of outstanding shares, so you'd think he'd care about the share price since he has so much skin in hte game....? Then again, if he's paying himself a large salary, I guess he's doing well for himself no matter how much other shareholders are suffering with the plummetting share price, though in fairness, Canadian small cap tech stocks in general have been hammered over the past year.

What % of the vote do you need to take a company private? If the share price is low enough, could he call a shareholder meeting and single-handedly vote to take the company private and place it solely into his own hands.....?
