As a shareholder...

Congrats to Adcore management for being tone deaf and really St*pid!  And please stop telling me as a shareholder that it's not a good idea to buy your own stock back because your float is too small. It's pretty clear that the float is the least of your problems. A bit of advice for you...
It's your childish and deceitful behavior and complete lack of brains that is holding you back. Your welcome!

And please...Stop talking like some 8 year old telling everyone he is gonna be President one day. Meaning this absurd notion of being a Billion dollar company when your revenues were just 7 Million Canadian dollars in the last quarter. Does your whole management team think talking like that is a good idea? I'm not a math wiz but 7 Million dollars in a quarter is a very, very long way from 250 Million dollars in a quarter.
Institute a buyback with baby steps and you will see a change soon after. That would tell your investors that you actually care about the investment people made in your company! You do realize we invested in YOU! At least act like you CARE!

It's fine to disagree. You make fair points. Buying back shares is an investment directly in the company. Is it the best use of funds? Maybe/Maybe not. But when those shares are cancelled, your earnings increase which should lead to a higher stock price and valuation in time which directly benefits shareholders without any guess work. New investments come with risk. Is the revenue growth and ...more

Relax, you just spit out conspiracy theories. Omri also mentioned he wants to be a Billion Dollar company in terms of valuation - not revenue. Realistically $ 100m revenue would get this job done. I agree with you, we are investing into uncertainty with Amphy, but look at the hard-working steps they've done in 2021 - at least they aren't just talking but doing. Again, Omri might be into ...more

Conspiracy theory???  Their market cap is 64 million dollars USD as of today. 1 Billion is pretty far away from here whether you are talking market cap or revenue. Is the market cap gonna increase 15 or 16 times soon? Did I miss something? That is quite the improvement. Do you have a secret you want to share?   Hard working steps? You mean selling stock at a huge discount and ...more

Because you care about short term and he certainly doesn't.
