Looks like it was an error. They refiled their interim FS. Most of the revenues are from the APAC region.

They should fire the cfo. I mentioned this before but I have uncovered a number of accounting errors on almost every filing to date.

Aren't they audited by a third party?
Comment by Torontojay on Nov 12, 2021 10:11am
They are audited at year end.  https://smallbusiness.chron.com/auditing-company-period-different-year-end-76631.html

Pretty obvious you sold over a month ago TorontoJay for tax filing purposes and are now buying back-in - despite your lie stating otherwise - and are purposely making fear mongering type comments to drive the price down while you accumulate. Good for you. Hope it works out well for you. But at least be honest about it. Fooling no one. They trade on the TSX. Not the venture. So if you found ...more

I guess I was the first to notice a peculiar claim that the majority of its revenues came from North America. That didn't make much sense and sure enough they re-posted their financials.  If I told you that I detected quite a number of accounting errors you should take my word for it. Also, FYI I am not accumulating shares in Adcore.  I don't think the company is ...more

He doesn't need to fear monger. Shares are plenty available and Price keeps going down. It's not like this is in tight supply anymore..

It's really sad how far this company has fallen. Goes to show how important decisions made by the CEO are and the effect it has on shareholders and their confidence in the ability of the CEO to lead. There is no sugar coating it. A full year of huge revenue growth and your market cap falls off a cliff because of decisions made by the CEO. As a public company, Omri has failed his shareholders ...more

It looks like this is on the path back to 45 cents?  Is there much value in holding here?  Bail and buy back in at the lower price while collecting the capital loss? Not sure what to do here because they're still got some great growth in their ad side of the business.  Just not sure how much appetite there is for the money eating side of Amphy.   I guess we'll find out ...more

I would strongly consider taking a capital loss and buying back after 30 days if you believe in the company. You might get lucky and save on taxes as well as buying back at an even lower price before years end. There is a lot of tax loss selling happening now.
