RE:NRDifficult to understand this company which is operationally very solid, but perhaps a bit misunderstood according to one analyst who was pounding the table on news of this acquisition. A huge surge in the stock price on the announcement, but a pull back again today on details of the debt financing. Would have expected this if by way of stock issuance/dilution, but not the case. What am I missing and why is there not greater optimism here?
