Where did you get the $100M from? If we ignore the shares valuation difference, I thought they paid closer to C$90M cash for that business and are getting US$35M now....thats if they sell it....ask yourself why the lender is demanding a $25M payment...clearly these guys mismanaged the sht of this business and couldnt even manage working capital needs a few months ahead of time....dirtbags that just robbed alot of money from shareholders...unfortunately I am one.
