RE:RE:RE:Final Short Form Prospectus

Keep in mind the share price was at 4.00$ when the 3.45$ raise was announced. so perhaps there was a handful of investors that ''shorted'' the stock between 4.00$--3.45$. but anything under that doesnt make any sense to short since no warrants are attached to that raise.

Usually the shorting game occurs prior to the raise in order to drive the price down if no warrants are attached to it.

Im not sure what type of manipulation we are witnessing i was assuming it was institution driving the price down to facilitate the recent 3.10$ and 2.86$ cross-trade....

time will tell, this is certainly a bargain opportunity for retail mj exposure.

Buy the bought deal at $3.45 and then driive it down by shorting the stock.

Normally, you bought the PP shares and hope to make money on the uptic when invested dollars show up as earnings gains.

This game is quite the opppsite.

It screws the ordinary buy and hold shareholders.
Management should be brought to task for allowing such a disgraceful price manipulation.
