committed to 2 gross,1.25 net and 1 gross,.2 net in dakota.
last half 2013 maybe 6 gross..48 net in dakota and 5 in alberta.
exited 2012 at 3925 boed,expected 2013 at 4000 boed,exit 4100.
funds from operations 40m,capex at 42m.
so,if nothing happens on the "spin-out' front i think everything is as iffy as ever until 2 more sets of #s.
just curious-from note 18 and 20 of 2012 year end-what are the lawsuits about(allthough deemed to be immaterial) and why the pp?
