Production Growth Will Continue Both in Q2 and Q3 AEI's current production is 4,500 boepd now with additional volumes behind pipe, according to the latest report.
The thing is that AEI is one of a handful of oil-weighted Canadian companies whose production grows in Q2.
Due to the spring break, most Canadian companies do not drill during Q2 and their production declines.
However, AEI's Princess and Bakken properties make the difference. Thanks to those core properties, AEI's production will grow both in Q2 and in Q3. I quote:
"First quarter production is expected to average 4,200 boe/d. It is anticipated that production will increase again in the second quarter due to the strong drilling results from Princess in Q1. Through the second and third quarters, 3.1 net Bakken wells are expected to come on stream".
