You are right about the flow through shares.I phoned my broker about it yesterday and he said if they are paying 70 cents a share,after commission that is usually 8 to 10 percent ,the actual price would be worth 62 or63 cents a share after all OF the expenses.Mind you ,he was just giving me a price right away and i didnt give him time to figure it out exactly. I think they got a good deal,still a dollar stock i think MERRY XMAS FELLOW SHAREHOLDERS
