I mean, what happen to the already well paid position that brings the responsibility to do well no matter what. This type of action is like inflation, just keeps being copied and passed along ... i am ok with an extra sized reward... but common!?!? Nothing new, it has been done over and over. Greedy humans continuing old traditions and setting up bad examples,  that's all. From our elected officials to bankers or public traded companies, once in a while we have these stories.
