News Leaked?

Stock moved up 10% this morning prior to the news release at 11:15am about the FDA approving orphan drug status for one of AEZ's drugs.

I hate these leaks. I also hate mid-market news releases.

Would it be too much trouble for the company to issue the press release prior to the 9:30am EDT market opening? Like by 9:00am so we could all read it and decide what to do before trading started? Or to ask the TSE market regulators to halt trading until the company can issue the press release?
