I'm concerned .

I thought we were building a company on the stock market . That would be liquid. Have fear of buying any more shares because they're so in illiquid if that's a word. Since we've decided to go this way, I didn't decide. My shares have dropped 85%. I feel like any way they keep going down. Nobody wants them. Who would buy shares? You can't sell? I thought I had a real company that I was buying 15 years ago. It went from $0.50 when I bought it to $0.04 in the past. Then we got our new CEO and he looked like he was building a company that could make money. Now it feels like he got sucked down a rabbit hole of promises and dreams. I feel like I'm watching TV like all the news . Lots of stories but nothing really getting anywhere. I remember being at 1 AGM and he had to leave earlier cuz he's going to talk to some guy big guy. That never happened anyway, how do you build trust with existing shareholders I'm existing shareholder and I've pumped the company a little bit to a few friends which is sad now. Cuz they've lost half their money and they can't sell them unless they want to give them away as a tax loss. Have been giving the CEO benefit of the doubt. Hoping he knows what he's doing. But it is hard to watch my assets drop in value constantly with in with a limited ability to sell them. And I do know that Rome wasn't built in a day but but. He's supposed to be able to get to market to build this company or take it private cuz why do you need the market if no shares trade unless you want to give my shares away to somebody else? And why does he deserve such high pay when you can't build any share value. I hope it's like Forrest Gump buying the shares of that fruit company Apple. That's what I can only hope cuz I can't sell my shares. 3/4 of them are in my rrsp. Big mistake. But I hope not there's no way to reverse the pay of a CEO if they don't accomplish their goal is here. Cuz I'm a general contractor and when I don't finish my contracts or accomplish my goals I don't get paid. Seems like CEOs get paid with very little financial strings tied to it. You know and they don't have that much skin in the game. Just my thoughts.

This really sums up how a lot of us are feeling. Personally I feel like I'm caught in a scam in order to finance Gilles Gagnon's retirement. "And I do know that Rome wasn't built in a day but" Here's the difference: they had a plan for Rome.

"Here's the difference: they had a plan for Rome." Why don't you think developing a pharma-grade avenanthramide pill and approving a Phase I/IIa clinical trial with Health Canada is a plan? It will generate safety/tolerability and preclininary efficacy data. Should they forego human clinical trial data? Is that your plan?  Why don't you think scaling up PGX ...more

Why does market think differently.I have 200,000.00 in. I did think PGX was a good idea as well as a pharmaceutical grade plant. My point is how can you sell it to the market when you can't get existed shareholders to buy in and it doesn't look like the ownership or the leadership has bought in like putting some of their money in the game . How much cash has any of the board members put ...more

Microcap biotech is very high risk. Most projects fail and/or take longer than expected resulting in dilution. There is a significant upfront burn rate before revenue is often realized increasing risk. Capitalism is highly competitive and someone is always trying to do things better. CZO's revenue generating products have also depended on consumer preferences and those can change quickly. You ...more

"Why does market think differently." The market will want to see certain proof points. What are the diagnostic test results to be released in Q3 and who will license the test and for what? How compelling are the results? Will PGX be successfully scaled from the lab to the first commercial product and to the decision point for mass industrialization. After due diligence who will ...more

jrsloan60 - nobody would deny that these were not good ideas the issue is are they delivering. It has been years of false promises by gagnon and no delivery. gagnon has shown over his 25 years of failure that he can and will make promises but does not deliver. The price of the stock be it either Ceapro of now Aezs and in a few weeks whatever has one direction under gagnon down down down. as proph ...more

Apostata, You are absolutely to correct to be worried, gagnon over the last 25 years has driven 3 companies in the ground and by combining these 3 failures under 1 new name will only result in more of the same, more failure missed time lines promises of pipeline that have never delivered and a continual draining of the company funds to pay for his and his friends lavish lifestyle. Prophs will ...more
