Is it the dividend shedding shorts,silver about to break out,FR acquisition or a resolution to the SAT dispute?
Could just be that investors are recognising mgmt. has their  assets fine tuned and pumping out profits.
I love it when Old FX gets rammed up the rear end for his years of KN bashing.

I think you will see an increasing amount of subscription promoters now jumping on what they see as the short bandwagon losing a wheel or two. That's no bad thing for the longs as it adds to the buying momentum. Love them or hate them, they're just trying to find the next sure thing to bolster subscriptions and track records. Who's Jeff Clark? and who cares what some silver nut says. Bottom line: F Mag has had its short position grow a ton last year, which is why the shares underpreformed. But, they've also had runs in past when they way outperformed, look at '16 - and we most likey are in a set-up now. Jeff clark has 15,000 followers on Twitter,alone. The piece he wrote and is going up today on the silverchartist website has 20,000 followers. Bottom line is that 20,000-35,000 potential investors will read Jeff Clark's piece on FR today. I question how many silver nutters actually remain in the sector, far far fewer than most think imho. I sometimes feel the mining sector is a load of fifty year olds trading against each other. Gold and silver investments over the last few decades have been very adept at flushing that retail enthusiasm completely out of the wide eyed and leveraged paper and equity players that believed in a money ...more
