This English mine has most approvals to go ahead and start mining potash circa 2022.
Mind you they do not yet have the money to go ahead.
The chances are that it will be delayed by 5 or 10 years
Costs would be much higher than Saskatchewan but $100 per ton can be saved in freight costs to some markets.
The project will not impact Agrium much as we have only one potash mine
