Atrium Mortgage to cheapAtrium had 25 million in revenue in Q3, resulting in earning per share of .25 cents for the Quarter. However that is with a 5.222 million loan loss provision. 

That is almost 12 cents a share for the quarter that went into loan contigency. 

The average interest loan rate going into the end of the year is 11.47 compared to 11.27 for the third quarter. 

So Q4 should be better than Q3, especially since they still have 100 million of room on their line left for lending out. 

So Atrium looks very strong going into the end of the year, revenue and earning should be higher going into the end of the year. 

So Atrium is given you a great return on your money here and expect a large special dividend.
