RE:Some New Photos of Mine Development These new pics say alot to me pic by pic.
- When a rain water gutter is laid along a future road, that is the first step to lay a road with new asphalt soon..
- The earthworks for river/creek migration at the Northern end of the site is the ready point to divert the old creek into the new path that hugs the mountain base to the East along with the new road diversion.
- The installation of sewer line (pic No.5) shows that they are alredy hooked up to the main poop line in town by now. zoom in and you will see the town bus station to the left, which is at the intersection to the main road.
- Demolition of original river structures, means to fill in the old creek bed with earth and compact it to suit what ever it is destined to be laid on top.
- Constructing the detour of the existing road. Obvious.
- FO Formwork is not a term I an familiar with, but looking at the pic I think it is a AG Pipe sytem that has pipes with many small holes in it to seep out water while moving the bulk of it into the creek to avoid undercutting soils behind the block / rock walls of the new river bank.
- Those two old existing concrete sumps that were cleaned out for temp use by KIGAM Pilot Plant are now demolished.
I think these photos are a bit old by now, but if you take the time just look at the beauty of the surrounding mountain landscapes in the background of these pics.
We know there is a Summer golf club / Winter ski resort just 2 kms to the North, but now I see on Google Earth there is the Kangwon Land Casino plus another ski resort just 6 kms North of Sngdong.
When you zoom out there is nothing but mountains. Cool.
