The only question I would ask is when the civil concrete slabs and foundation works will start.for the process plant area.
I will not ask, as I think all is on track, but others might choose to do so.

An interesting quote from that link you posted :-

i.e.
All the struggling Tungsten mines (Happy Creek, KIS, blah blah) might eventually have to bow down and join the Almonty family.
The down side is that the rabble might follow as well.
