Well, the same is true is all fields. The most dangerous people are those with some knowledge and then think they can do things beyond their abilities and capabilities. You will find intelligent people that for some reason stop thinking, where their focus and concentration seem to wane. In my field, I have learned to stay away from those types of people because it is an almost absolute certainty one day they will cause a major problem or outage. We call them cowboys, because they take shortcuts and are the most dangerous.
It is in this same arena you will find Reaper, because if his brain did not shut off, he would have never asked his question in the first place.
