RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Almonty Doubled Their Value!

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Almonty Doubled Their Value!Another thing I would like to point out.....
  • there is a delicate balance in determining the number of outstanding shares there should be available to the market.
  • A healthy daily trade float is approximately 10% of the number of outstanding shares.
  • If everyone hangs onto their shares as we have seen thus far with Almonty, when you sell a large amount of share like LB did, the share price dropped significantly and doesn't easily recover. You have to take a hit on your profits when you sell.
  • So the key is not for the company to create new shares to raise capital, but to create new shares and give them to shareholders in hopes they will transfer some of their ownership to new owners.

  • There is a chance that an inital stock split may not create the desired effect of creating a healthy daily trade float. But the only reason for that would be, there is another significant upside to profitabilility. And yes, we have many projects that could potentially add significant upside profitability for shareholders: Sangdong Moly, WO2 plant, NA Tungsten, Other Moly mines.   But at some point the explosive growth will wane and share price will plateau. This is when we will see a daily trade float.
  • To clarify when I will be selling........ I won't be selling as long as there are major projects still to be deployed. And the way I see it, LB has 4 more mines to located, purchase and build.

  • Stock Split:  On the low side, I expect a 5-1 stock split. But I think we will see a between a 7-1 to 10-1 split. To provide further clarification, we could see multiple stock splits over the next 10-15 years, but I think the aggregate will be between 5-1 to 10-1.  Stock splits add to the cost, so LB will have to determine the optimal number of stock splits.
  • One other note, interest rates have an impact on stock price which in turn can have an effect on how large or small a stock split will be.
