  • You just beat me to posting.........I was going to ask you for your confirmation of the laying of the concrete foundations.  Thanks for your interpretation and post.
  • EPC: I am sure the design work is done. But in my experience when creating/building something, sometimes you see a better way to do something or you have a new future goal which requires changes to the current plan so that you can achieve that future goal at reduced costs.
