  • I am think the future will be hydrogen fuel cells or fusion reactor and I don't think it will be batteries unless the technology significantly changes and is more economical.
  • Take EVs for example.....you buy an EV and then 5-7 years later, your batteries are exhausted and need replacing.  The cost of replacing the batteries is 1/2 the price of a new car. Do you buy a new car or replace the batteries?  Then what happens to the secondary car market? It will basically dry up because now our car's have become appliances. But no one talks about that.
