  • EQ Resources formed a 50:50 joint venture in 2019 with Cronimet, a global commodities trader and metals recycling group based in Germany, for the refurbishment, commissioning, and ramp up of the tungsten processing plant at Mt Carbine. At no point with the presentation does the EQR CEO mention anthing about that or the terms of the agreement.  That omission is a RED Flag for me.
  • Furthermore, Cronimet has significant experience with Gravity processing and if you recall in one of LB previous IIF presentations, he eluded to Panasquiera being a fine tuned Gravity Plant for processing tungsten, but it took years to get it to that state.  This approach was not optimal for Sangdong, so LB opted for the chemical processing of tungsten. So this is Magenta colored Flag for me.....so not so positive.
