RE:Fusion Reactors Consumption Of Tungsten.For most of the reactor they use molybdenum tiles. You only REALLY need tungsten for a part called the "diverter", which experiences unusually common contact with the raw plasma.
They are trying to find exotic alloys to wear better and use less, but not much luck so far.
Guess we'll need more tungsten anyway. Germany is running low just from manufacturing tank ammo!
