Why is China buying large amounts of Tungsten ?

One thought by some, was they might have vast amounts of Tungsten but at very low grades.
In the Gold industry, grades are measured by Grams per Tonne or Ounces per Ton.
There is a cut-off point where it is not worth the effort or money to mine.

Stockpiling is the other one.
I dont trust anything about this country.
