RE:Could it be AIM is planning to make Aeroplan Global?

RE:Could it be AIM is planning to make Aeroplan Global? This sale could be part of a big picture move we don't know yet, lots of possibilities. The sale reduces their headcount 300-400, significant savings there. The cash turned over was locked per contract so that's gone and alters restrictions. Not sure how they came to the figure but it's done.

It's now Sainsbury's obligation. With Brexit, why not get out of the UK all together as the business was in decline (12% of gross annual billings against costs = ?). They reduced their debt by a futher $100MM, good news and interest savings. People don't own Aimia for Nectar, it's Aeroplan, $2B give or take annual billings and PLM is worth $3+ / share. Q4 is finished and reported Feb 14 and is their best qtr for billings.
