Many seem to believe that AIM will just hand the AP points over to AC on a hard drive with a thanks for the $450 mil. Then the next day all the AP employees will come back to work and instantly develop a new program. There seems to be no comprehension that when you buy a business or a division of a business you do so lock.stock and barrel complete with clauses that restrict the seller from entering into direct competition for a period of time or indefinetly. Hopefully you will have better luck convincing them.
