The premise defined a while ago was that the manager(s) had a reasonable value definition, was (were) going through a rough patch (unusually long one) and would not confuse true investment ability from capacity to oppress. Another premise was that just average performance was required and perhaps this was too much to ask.
Just look elsewhere in the loyalty space and see who has secured the opportunistic upper hand in the value dissipation contest so far.
Ingredients are being assembled for a $hit show and I don't like how the pecking order is shaping up.
