Unrefunded Airline tickets Cancelled flights Cov-19

Unrefunded Airline tickets Cancelled flights Cov-19Airlines owe billions of dollars of cancelled flights due to Cov-19. Alot of airlines are NOTt refunding passengers if they paid cash .My experience with tickets I have puchased ,the Airline is offering me loyalty points instead of cash. Canada Transport Agency rules are "cancelled flights are to refunded in kind". Airlines are reluctant to honor this rule. In the meantime there is probably a lot of transfer of cancelled tickets to Airline points. Im not sure what Aero Mex is doing . It would seem cancelled ticket debt is being transfered. Link
