No acceptance of Mithaq offer untill !

Breaches of the Securities Act (Ontario). The trial is scheduled to begin on January 8, 2024 and untill the end of the trial decision no sale should be considered. If Mithaq wishes it could pony up the fair value of the assets not past 60 day average plus premium that they may have created manipulating the share price.
