Yes, they're sitting on $12MM cash. How much cash will they acquire from Navariant? How long will it last when expenses go way up post merger? This in no way diminishes my commentary on book value. Yes, not everyone's metric of choice, but one of mine. Frankly, I opine that there is little value here to be had for shareholders.

Regarding their EPS doubling: If they exclude the "gain" from the sale of the cloud business, did they still double their EPS?

Granted, 10 cents per share is pessimistic but given their history of poor results, it's not out of the question.  We'll see what Rick has to say during the CC and what the near term outlook is. The far term outlook has always been positive; when will it actually come to fruition?
