Thoughts

ThoughtsSo if management went around to those companies they felt would want to buy the company and only Kubota showed interest, what does that say for AJX technology? We all agree that they hold valuable patents so would you not assume that there would be a few companies offering up more money in the initial phase of solicitation?? If I were selling a house and I knew of a few potential buyers I would ask them first and if I only get one offer that tells me that the others are really not interested. So if these other companies that we told we were up for sale would they not be concerned about losing the technology to a competitor? I wish we knew who they shopped the company around to but I am still shocked that they were only able to fetch 75 cents……just does not make sense to me.
