RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Let the negotiation begin.Kubota needs AJX badly, more than anyone else.  Kubota cannot get what they need without AJX shareholder approval.  That is the way the system works.  Only 20% of the vote is locked up under the agreement.  Where are they going to get the other 46 and 2/3%?

I cannot believe that Kubota will quibble over a few 10s of millions of dollars to secure their future (catch up with competitors and improve their credibility).
