RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:January 2020 ripet volumeFYI   Alta uses the Prince Rupert coal terminal dock and boom to fill the propane tankers. Increased coal shipments (to anywhere) reduce facility availibility for LPG tanker fill ups.  The current tanker being filled today arrived in port 10 days ago. everyday since 2/3 saw coal carriers being loaded, some of which arrived in port after the LPG tanker.  That's why RIPET needs its own wharf.
