On another point,  I suspect Vega has his own agenda which is quite self serving.  Painting
a negative picture is simply a reflection of his own narrow self interest.  While I agree that 
it will take a while for things to get back to "normal"  the inference that we will ge mired in
a depression like economy is just fear mongering on his part because he would like to see
stock prices collapse again.
