RE: Sprott Owns over 19 % of ALS

RE: Sprott Owns over 19 % of ALSI ask myself, What is the significance of 19.1%? Why halt an advance at that point? I know that if Sprott owned 50.1% of Altius, then Altius would be, according to US regulations, categorized as a ‘Subsidiary’ of Sprott. But there is also another legal term in US regulations. It is called an ‘Affiliate’. At what point would Altius become an ‘Affiliate’ of Sprott? Could the ‘Affiliate’ threshold be 20% ownership? Did Sprott stop at this point to remain ‘stealth’ and out of the radar? I know so little about this topic. Hopefully someone can enlighten me on this. Sprott warrants watching carefully. I guess that I should emphasize that I see nothing here worry about. If anything, it can only make us richer faster. RJ
