Hebron Notes

Hebron NotesThere were several articles in the local papers over the weekend, mostly from Industry ( NOIA/BOT ) and Unions. All were extremely positive on the likelihood of an imminent and positive conclusion to the Hebron negotiations. Earlier in the week, it was reported that negotiations were in the " delicate " phase , with allusions that an overall framework agreement had been reached that included possible links to other major energy projects in Nfld ( specifically , the LC project ). Markets overseas are up significantly so far this am, setting up for the resumption of the longer term bull market trend..
