Strange stock, strange management

Take a look at the Feb 3 news release. Not a mention, not even a hint about the legal quagmire this company faces. No mention, no hint as to where the case stands. In my experience, when a company fails to address an obvious question, it's because they don't want you to know.

There was mention of using old info and gathering new info for preparation of a new environmental study. No mention of timing. Could gathering new info take a year? Could gathering and incorporating new enviro data in a new study take 2 years? In my experience, when a company fails to address an obvious question, it's because they don't want you to know.

It looks like you should sell and move on. I see it as the story has just began again, giving us a little. Hope.
