Time to buy back in

Well nice to see a 52 week hgh, any one want to speculate were we will be end or the month ??
Comment by Altacrude222 on Jul 03, 2020 5:05pm
Not expecting any major news by month end, should have assays back on the first four holes drilled on Premier West, prior drilling showed 17.29 gms over 3.58 meters, so this may ultimately tie into 602/609, that could expand our resouce estimate. Later this month we should see a start to drilling Woodbine, Silver Hill (Derek seems keen on the potential there), and Lost Valley, assay results from ...more

I think that Deryk and Co need to do better in vetting financial friends. Everytime they award shares or shares and warrants to financiers, the financiers turn around and beat the piss out of the stock. This isn't conducive to having a happy, nor stabil investor pool. Gold is also being manipulated, which makes this look like the financiers are interested in the play as opposed to the progress ...more

I should rephrase that. "Vetting" is not the problem, its deal structure. If financiers are interested in the company's success, and i was negotiating the deal, they would be obligated to hold their shares for 18-24 months. This is particularily important when we are inside of that time frame to go into production. There will be "hunters" looking to take us out at the ...more

Can anybody come up with a better assessment of what is happening here? This appears tp be manipulated from within. Gold is fighting upward despite SEVERE manipulation and Ascot continues downward. Feels like higher up the food chain is shafting the downline. If Deryk and his crew can't do a better job in this area, get someone else. Deryk is the only person really selling the play, and he has ...more

Your number crunching makes no sense, 3750 oz/Day????  450 oz/day is whats in the FS and why would someone pay 1900 doallrs an oz for gold they cant get out of the ground for 10 years???  I hope we are in production in less than 2 years but i read it will take 9 months to fabricate and deliver the long lead items once we have the permits and thats under normal non covid circumstances ...more

I think the best pre-production valuation I've seen was from Agentis Capital which indicated a NAV of $2.21 per share at present based on the FS study assuming gold at $1,400 per Oz. The range went up to $4.25 per share assuming $1,960 per Oz. Our peer group trades generally at 0.9x NAV, so that's basically +/- $2.00 CDN per share floor valuation and again that's at the very low end of ...more

Which peers do you see trading at 0.9x NAV? Pure Gold is 18 months ahead of Ascot.
Comment by Forbesa13 on Aug 31, 2020 10:05am
The Agentis Capital report does not list them (I dont believe anyway) but ascerts that the "FS (feasability study) peer group trades at 0.9x NAV". I don't follow a lot of mining stocks so I'm not sure which to point to but right no we're about half that.

Thanks Forbes. That is the info that I have rattling around in the back of my mind while I'm smoking what Gold217 eluded to. Hahaha I value your input as well.

Lmao! Not smoking anything, just tying to get an idea of what is there. 2000 tpd x 7.5 g/t divided by 4= ozs. I didn't get too serious about it because I don't know "Jack" about how to evaluate a mining play. I'm just spit balling. I've been accumulating this for 15 years. Thanks for your insight at any rate. Hahahaha The smoking thing was funny.
