Todays shareprice.
What would I do if I was in Dereks shoes? I would do a Dutch auction and buy back 50 Million shares,that would take about $ 60 Million,then I would do a Royalty stream for $ 50 Million and wait for higher Gold prices,once we trade at $ 2.50 or higher I would do a Major Finaning,Equity ( Unit offering with a full warrent,plus a convertible debenture plus charitable flow through.$ 250 Million will do the job to but this baby into production.

waiting for higher gold prices is not a prudent strategy, and should never be a part of any business model. Not that I don't think gold is going to the moon. It's just not good business practice to use speculation as part of a strategy to build a mine or to mine a mine for that matter.
