The number of shares sold includes the full exercise by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional common shares in the Offering. Gross proceeds from the Offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by Aptose, are approximately US$74.2 million.
Piper Jaffray & Co. acted as the sole active book-running manager and Canaccord Genuity acted as passive book-running manager for the Offering. Oppenheimer & Co. acted as lead manager and JonesTrading Institutional Services LLC acted as co-manager for the Offering.
No common shares were offered or sold in Canada as part of this Offering.
