Don't for get about the contested case petition that was also filed. The same thing also happened at the Eagle Mine with a contested case filing but after several years of waiting, the permit was still upheld and found valid. Therefore, it stands to reason that we may once again see the same results. Once again, this is a never ending stream of attempts to find anything possible to stop the mine no matter how frivolous or inane. Keep trying by posting this stuff though you are really making a difference here, NOT!  There is likely about 12 people here seeing your "efforts" and most of them are investors/pro-mining.
